Here's a round up of what we loved in December!
Winter by Val McDermid
(read by Fran)
I'd recommend this seasonal memoir for her fans, people who love Scotland and cosy winters!
Takes the whole of winter as its theme, not just Christmas, beautifully written and for anyone who knows the areas she talks about in Scotland, it is a treasure of a book.

The Hundred-Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out of the Window and Disappeared
by Jonas Jonasson
(read by Laura)
A humorous and heartfelt story of a live well lived. Exploring the wonders of what people can achieve in one life time, it's uplifting and highly recommended for a gloomy January.

A War of Wyverns by S.F. Williamson
(read by Asher)
The exciting sequel to A Language of Dragons - this is a great YA historical fantasy series.
It's set in the 1920s against a backdrop of codebreaking, politics and war and is, quite simply, fantastic!
